So, you've slipped into your new outfit and you're ready to conquer the world. But uh-oh, it's not quite the right fit. No worries girl, we've got a solution for you!

If you need to return your items, here's what you need to know:

1. Time is of the essence: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to make a return. We want to make sure you have plenty of time to decide if these pieces are meant for you!

2. Keep it fresh: We totally understand that you need to try on your new clothes but please make sure to keep them in their original condition. We can't accept returns if the items have been worn outside or if they're damaged. We take pride in quality checking each piece before it goes out the door! 

3. Don't pull your tag: We require all returns to be sent back with tags attached in their original packaging with proof of purchase. We know it's tempting to toss it aside, but trust us, it'll make the return process a whole lot smoother.

4. Shipping is on you: Unfortunately, we can't cover the cost of return shipping at the moment. But hey, think of it as a chance to get out of the house and take a little trip to the post office. Maybe you'll even find a cool new coffee shop along the way - Sincerely G&G runs off of espresso. 

5. Refunds and exchanges: Once we receive your return and confirm that everything is in tip-top shape, we'll issue you a store credit which will not expire. If you'd prefer to exchange your pieces for a different size or style, just let us know and we'll make it happen! REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ALLOCATED TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.

6. Exceptions to the rule: Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on jewelry or accessories such as but not limited to headbands, earrings, necklaces, or bracelets. Anything that's been discounted higher than 15% is also not up for return. We know you have great taste, but once these things are yours, we can no longer accept them back.

RETURNS MADE OUTSIDE OF THE RETURN WINDOW ARE SUBJECT TO REFUSAL OR A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, please try your best to contact us within 3 days of delivery!
